Troubleshooting Tips
- Scan Fails: Ensure the QR code is clear and not blurry. Good lighting is important. Try moving your camera closer or further away.
- Camera Not Working: Make sure you have granted camera permissions to your browser for our site. Check if another application is already using your camera.
- No QR Code Found in Image: The image might be too low-resolution, or the QR code might be obstructed or damaged.
- URL Buttons Not Showing: The URL detection only works with valid web addresses. Text, phone numbers, or other data types won't trigger the URL buttons.
- Link Won't Open: Some URLs might be broken or the website might be down. Try copying the URL and checking it manually.
Privacy Note: We never store, track, or save any of your scan results or camera data. Everything happens locally in your browser for maximum privacy and security.
